StoneCrafters, (Ron Clamp) - Equipment trailer designed by Ron Clamp for his own personal use. Standard inventory includes 6000 pounds of abrasive in sand box (room for additional 9000 pounds on pallet), 375 CFM air compressor, 325 gallons of running water, 5000 kw electrical capacity, 5000 psi pressure washer, two sandblast tanks with convenient low boy ramp for easy loading and unloading, on-board CAD capability. Sand and water storage is self leveling so that the trailer is always balanced either at full capacity or empty.
The equipment design was based on the rig shown below that was built by Ron Clamp's father, Charlie Clamp.
Charlie Clamp's design, shown below, has been in continous operation since 1977. It is currently owned and operated by Boyd R. Parham, BRP Sandblast, Elberton, GA. He services 7 states in the southeast United States. The outfit is both CAD equipped and has a stencil press for cutting death dates, has convenient sandblast tank loading ramp, running water, 185 cfm compressor and self leveling sand box.
